1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how CGC Wholesale Program, LLC ("CGC," "we," "us," or "our"), 2512 Wildlife Run, Lutz, FL 33559, collects, uses, and protects personal information, including information collected through our text messaging (SMS) program.
This policy applies to CGC Wholesale Program, LLC and the following affiliated brands that operate under it (together, the "Brands"):
- Citrus Glen Capital – land development and modular homes
- Citrus Glen Homes – Central Florida modular homes
- InvestorLot (investorlot.micom.ai) – investor lots

2. Information we collect
We collect the following information when you provide it to us, for example through a web form, by phone, by email, by text message, or in person:

- Send the text messages you have agreed to receive, including deal and property updates, appointment and closing reminders, account notifications, and replies to your inquiries;

- Comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements.
4. How we share information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: with vendors that help us operate our business and deliver messages on our behalf, such as our SMS messaging platform and telecommunications carriers. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us and not for their own marketing purposes.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CGC, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this policy. The restrictions on sharing mobile information and SMS opt-in data above continue to apply.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and carrier rules. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and secure, reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Standard text messaging is not encrypted, which is one reason we do not send sensitive information by SMS.
7. Your choices
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
- Get help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information below.
- Access or correct information: contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits.

8. Children
Our services and text messaging program are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
